Unimin has a 3.2 Metres Web Single Beam Reicofil III production Line capable of producing 8 to 150 gsm range of Polypropylene Spun Bonded Non Woven Fabrics. The facility has on line slitting and contious Brand Printing facilities

In house and Out Sourced facilities have been set up to offer a wide range of Innovative Value Added Products comprising the following Product Groups:

• Cut & Sew Products including Ultra Sonic Stitching

• Ultra Sonic Welding Production Line for Wide Width Fabrics (including tubular form) upto 30 Metres widths with or without reinforced edges.

• Customized Slitting Line

• Printing - Screen (Table, Rotary) Offset, Transfer and Other technologies.

• Production of Mini Rolls, Consumer Packs, Shrink Wrapping etc

• Lamination and Extrusion Coating
